USES
its well-balanced profile of flavour is ideal for vegan curries such as green beans, broccoli, carrot, ladies finger, cashew and the Sri Lankan favourite – mixed vegetables. The authentic Sri Lankan mix also pairs well with seafood. If you like it extra fiery, feel free to add chopped or sliced green chillies or green chilli paste. Coconut milk tends to solidify under low temperatures so shake well before use.
